[C-prog-lang-l] Assignment phase 2 + deadlines + other info

- u te 2. faze bych napsal ze plati to co se tyce regularnich souboru jako
pro 1. fazi.
- trochu mi tam chybi formalni usage pro -x, napr. by z ni bylo jasne ze
neni podporovana selektivni extrakce specifikaci souboru
- typo: fil2
- ty priklady na extrakci by tam mohli mit directory tree nebo se podporuje
pouze flat directory ?
- maji se resit permissny/ownership ?
