[Top-l] Test events

Hyvää huomenta Libor,

The plan is to organize PreO-Sprint on 25.1.2025. But do not worry, if your
work is at a bad stage, I can use preoresultat instead of TOP.

Actually we are also organizing indoor orienteering on the same day. We may
also award prizes for the "onemanrelay" competition if we figure out how to
easily combine FootO and TrailO results.
