[Top-l] Test events

Hi all,

since the season is (almost :-) ended, I started to do some bigger
changes. Please, warn me if you organize an event during winter to
avoid programming in the day of your race or immediately before.
Also, do some basic tests on the day before your race. I always
test basic functions after any change, but it could happen that
in some special cases, the new code has problems. If you find any
problem, report it immediately, please.

When we are at testing... please, remove all your testing events
that are no more used. We have a lot of events in the system with
"test" in names... :-)

And BTW if you have some proposals to changes or new features,
this is the right time to talk about them. Not promising doing
all what you want but some... maybe... :-)
