[C-prog-lang-l] -Wall -Wextra Issue

I am working on Ed project and code a basic *finite state machine (Hope
that is a right therm in English) *using Switch.
I am also using fall through to execute some parts of code.
And there is an isue. Gcc with -Wall -Wextra option returns this code with
Warning. And according to task there is not allowed any Warnings or Errors.
