[Ant-l] ANT version 12 issues

Hi All,

The most problems with ANT and TOP during the past season have been adding
people who register on site to the lists. At the competition center, it is
easy to do this either on a computer or by phone to TOP, but automatically
updating the database to ANT would be a great additional feature.
Now I have searched the files sent by ANT several times for the answers and
times of new participants. This problem does not exist in a normal
competition, but in all motion orienteering events and sport presentations
organized last summer.

Also change of chip number after the competition has started or some other
change do cause the same issue.
