Hi!

Sorry for this spam - it is only for national data admins...

After Iain's and Ralph's request I made at least a small improvement
for you: on the Persons and Clubs pages, there is a button "Show mine"
in the right top corner of the table which filters the list to "your"
records only, i.e. only people and clubs with your country.

It is quite new feature - if you find a bug, write me, please.
