[C-prog-lang-l] Assignment phase 2

Hi,

the assignment for phase 2 was uploaded.  We only require three more 
commands to implement.

Feel free to put it into the phase 1 if you make it.

The deadline for phase 2 is July 14.  See 
http://mff.devnull.cz/c-prog-lang/ for more information.

We do not have automated tests for the phase 2 yet, hopefully we will 
upload those in a week or two.
