[C-prog-lang-l] Lecture notes from class 11

Hi,

I finished the lecture notes for class 11.

We did not have much time for the bitwise operator use so I added more 
information in that section, including additional examples.

Next class is about debugging, there is no class on May 16 as it's a 
Dean's Day, and the final class on May 23 is for the 90 minute 
assignment to earn the credits.

I've updated the "Getting credits" section on 
http://mff.devnull.cz/c-prog-lang/.  Please make sure you read it 
carefully.
